Shifty pencil-neck Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was censured by Congress on Wednesday. This is one of the harshest penalties that a Member of Congress can receive outside of expulsion. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. After propagating the Russia collusion hoax on behalf of Hillary Clinton and lying to the American people while abusing his position on the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff deserves far worse. But at least this is a start. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) introduced the first resolution to censure Schiff last week. It included a provision to fine Schiff $16 million—one-half of the cost of the Mueller witch hunt that failed to find any Russians or any collusion. That resolution failed when 20 cowardly Republicans curled up in a fetal position, whimpered, and urinated on themselves in fear of actually fighting back against the Democrats. [wce_code id=13] With the $16 million fine removed this week, the resolution to censure Adam Schiff for being a liar passed by a vote of 213 to 209, with six Members abstaining. Schiff was then forced to present himself in the well on the House floor as Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) read the charges in the resolution to him. It was a momentous occasion, and all the Democrats in the House treated it with the seriousness and solemnity that it deserved. Just kidding! They howled like a pack of red-assed baboons while flinging their own poo at the walls to try to drown out Speaker McCarthy, in total violation of House decorum. McCarthy got through it in the end, though, and now Adam Schiff’s reprehensible behavior, lying and abuse of power will be forwarded to the House Ethics Committee for a full investigation. There have only been a couple of dozen censures passed against House Members in the past 230 years. It’s only happened twice in the past 40 years. The resolution stated that Schiff “spread false accusations that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.” It also notes that Schiff “perpetuated false allegations from the Steele Dossier accusing numerous Trump associates of colluding with Russia into the Congressional Record.” The thing that was so awful about it was that Schiff was on the House Intelligence Committee and could simply claim that the “evidence” was classified. He said the evidence of Russia collusion was “hiding in plain sight” and that it was “more than circumstantial.” Schiff helped to destroy innocent people’s lives with his lies. The FBI and Mueller’s team of witch hunters may have done all the dirty work, but Schiff was basically the public face of the entire Russia collusion hoax. He was on TV every night yammering about it. When Tucker Carlson noted that Schiff didn’t really seem to have any evidence of the claims he was making, Schiff called him a puppet of Putin. Robert Mueller sent jackbooted FBI thugs to kick down Paul Manafort’s door. They arrested him, seized all his assets, put him on trial, convicted him, and sent him to prison until President Trump finally pardoned him. Roger Stone was bankrupted by the legal fees that resulted from his pre-dawn arrest over the Russia collusion hoax. The reputations of Carter Page and George Papadopoulos were destroyed. Gen. Mike Flynn got fired and had his reputation destroyed as well. Adam Schiff deserves much more than the censure that just happened. Maybe something will come of the Ethics Committee investigation into his actions, but that is unlikely. Frankly, he deserved the $16 million fine. He also deserves to be expelled from Congress and to serve a long prison sentence for all the harm that he caused. Now that he’s been formally censured, and the lame and almost pointless Durham Report has proven that the entire Russian potty dossier was completely fake and baseless, maybe some people will start suing him in civil court. Manafort, Page, Papadopoulos, Flynn, and even President Trump himself could make a pretty good case that Adam Schiff knowingly defamed them. Schiff is running for the open US Senate seat in California next year, so hopefully this censure and rebuke by his colleagues will help to derail that plan. Can you imagine having that bug-eyed, sanctimonious liar in the US Senate for the next couple of decades?

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren may be planning an apology tour because she recently got busted telling another a whopper of a lie. The standard playbook Democrats use tends to cast them as advocates of non-Americans, pushing identity politics that aligns them with a minority group, and if nothing else works, posing as victims. The Massachusetts senator and Democratic presidential primary candidate easily checks the first box with her calls for open borders and even giving illegal immigrants “back pay” in a recent tirade. That may sound outrageous considering that the cash would come out of the taxes paid by hard-working American families. Her thinking is also based on illegals not getting the compensation she believes they deserve after undercutting American citizens and stealing jobs. That claim might sound crazy enough to be fake news to working families if it were not for the fact that she earned her nickname, “Fauxcahontas,” for lying about having Native American heritage. President Donald Trump poked fun at her for years, calling her “Pocahontas.” That flipped for the “faux” after failing a DNA test and evidence surfacing that at least one of her ancestors may have been part of the brutal Trail of Tears incident that starved and killed Native Americans. After failing to check the minority box for her potential presidential bid, Fauxcahontas appears to have perpetrated the unforgivable lie of leveraging motherhood. [wce_code id=4] “When I was 22 and finishing my first year of teaching, I had an experience millions of women will recognize. By June, I was visibly pregnant — and the principal told me the job I'd already been promised for the next year would go to someone else,” Fauxcahontas tweeted. “This was 1971, years before Congress outlawed pregnancy discrimination — but we know it still happens in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. We can fight back by telling our stories. I tell mine on the campaign trail, and I hope to hear yours.” Exploiting motherhood is a cringe-worthy deceit that even the most liberal extremists may find difficult to swallow. For years, the Massachusetts liberal has been floating her pregnancy history as one that reflects female empowerment. She previously described the events as if she were a loving, traditional mother who stayed home and put the interests of her infant above all else. She doubled-down on her motherly commitment by highlighting the struggles of a mom who took excellent care of her child and pulled herself up through education. “I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, ‘I don't think this is going to work out for me.’ I was pregnant with my first baby, so I had a baby and stayed home for a couple of years, and I was really casting about, thinking, ‘What am I going to do,” she said. It’s hard to tell fact from fiction when the Massachusetts senator speaks. The tale about her early struggles is understood in the context that she lied about being a Native American on a lawyer certification bar application, and used the false designation to get a job at Harvard University. So, when she says she got the boot because her belly was showing, it’s growing increasingly difficult to believe her. “When someone calls you in and says the job that you've been hired for, for the next year, is no longer yours, ‘we're giving it to someone else.’ I think that's being shown the door,” Fauxcahontas said in a campaign interview. But her previous adaptation of her story included a small caveat that she did not have the required certification for the job. In essence, her employer was doing her a favor even hiring her in the first place. “My first-year post-graduation, I worked — it was in a public school system, but I worked with the children with disabilities. And I did that for a year, and then that summer I actually didn’t have the education courses, so I was on an ’emergency certificate,’” the senator stated. But the shortcomings of Senator Warren’s words go far beyond being unqualified, getting a favor, and lying she was fired. Recently surfaced documents show that she was actually rehired while pregnant – despite not having the required certifications. “Minutes of an April 21, 1971, Riverdale Board of Education meeting obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show that the board voted unanimously on a motion to extend Warren a “2nd year” contract for a two-days-per-week teaching job,” the Free Beacon reports. “That job is similar to the one she held the previous year, her first year of teaching. Minutes from a board meeting held two months later, on June 16, 1971, indicate that Warren’s resignation was ‘accepted with regret.’” It’s terrible to lie about being a Cherokee when you are not. It’s utterly disgraceful to leverage and lie about motherhood to get a political advantage.

Since the White House crafted a deal with Mexico in June to halt the massive migrant caravans assaulting the U.S. southern border, the number of apprehensions has sharply declined. And what many brushed off as exaggeration by the president is proving to be factually correct. Mexico has done more in four short months to curb illegal immigration than Democrats have done in the last decade. “Now with our new deal, Mexico is doing more for the USA on Illegal Immigration than the Democrats,” President Trump said. “In fact, the Democrats are doing NOTHING, they want Open Borders, which means Illegal Immigration, Drugs, and Crime.” Without question, Democrats decried every aspect of the deal struck between Trump and his Mexican counterpart. The U.S. Border Patrol had been overwhelmed with thousands-strong caravans. National Guard units and even America’s military regulars had to be positioned to secure the border. President Trump leveraged potential tariffs on Mexican exports to offset the escalating cost of the border crisis. Mexico agreed to an immigration partnership. Since Mexico began holding up their end, border apprehensions have plummeted. U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported that only 52,000 illegals were arrested in September. That number represents an 18 percent drop from August, and a 65 percent decline from the peak of the crisis. In May, more than 144,000 illegals were taken into custody, and countless others evaded detection. “This administration's strategies have brought about results, dramatic results,” acting Border Protection commissioner Mark Morgan ssaid. “We went from over 19,000 people in custody just four short months ago to less than 4,000.” The Trump Administration’s multi-prong immigration plan implemented a safe third country policy that deemed those who passed through other reasonably viable nations to apply for refugee status abroad. The White House engaged other Central American countries to participate and discourage mass caravans from trekking to the U.S. Lastly, the “wait in Mexico” policy drastically reduced migrants who were able to game the “catch and release” loophole Democrats continue to support. Hard data has also dispelled the phony propaganda spewed by liberals and the fake news media that these are kindly, hard-working migrants only seeking a safe home. The Department of Homeland Security has identified upwards of 1,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders arrested annually by Texas law enforcement. The border state has reportedly averaged more than 70 homicides and more than 4,000 assaults annually by illegal immigrants since 2011. The offenses by criminal illegal aliens are staggering. Lured by Democrat policies such as welfare, free housing, and sanctuary cities, and the Obama-Biden administration’s ineffective immigration policies, reports indicate that as many as 14.3 million immigrants may be in the country illegally. The total estimated bill taxpayers have footed hovers around $130 billion. That’s with a “B.” If the Trump Administration had not implemented a strong crackdown, immigration experts predicted the number of illegals would have topped 21 million by 2025. The cost to working Americans would have approached $200 billion. “Many pro-mass migration organizations do not want Americans to know just how big our illegal alien problem really is. Therefore, in order to minimize the problem, they engage in all manner of mathematical gymnastics to produce illegal alien population estimates that they see as ‘tolerable, to the bulk of American society,” Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) research director Matthew J. O’Brien reportedly said. In recent weeks, a 2,000-strong migrant caravan was traveling toward the U.S. just north of the Mexican town of Tapachula. They were surprisingly met with a phalanx of law enforcement officers. Rather than officials doling out visas knowing they planned to try to enter the U.S. illegally, the migrants were taken to a facility. The choices were to apply for a Mexican work visa, refugee status, or return to their country of origin. Mexico has also ramped up its own deportations. The call of stealing jobs from low-income Americans or just living on welfare dollars in sanctuary cities is being drowned out. As of late September, Customs and Border Protection reported that the Army Corps of Engineers had completed 65 miles of new border wall and many of the deficient barriers had been rebuilt. An estimated 450 miles of wall is expected to be finished by the end of 2020. Democrats voted against all of the funding and fought the Trump Administration’s reallocation of taxpayer revenue to build the wall. Yes, Mexico is doing more to secure the U.S. southern border than Democrats. That’s a fact.

Liberal extremists have openly hoped that working Americans would have to suffer through another recession for the sole sake of claiming President Donald Trump is not succeeding. Democrats have ended the era when the country pulls together to back whichever party holds the White House and rallies for every citizen to enjoy prosperity. So aggressive have left-wing forces been since the historic 2016 elections, that the fake news media is engaged in a false propaganda rollout that we are about to get hit with a recession. Despite claiming the economy was in free fall when the Dow Jones dipped 800 points before quickly rebounding, the fake news media continues to sidestep the basic facts about what it means to be in recession. Impartial economic experts are coming forward to support the reality that hard data proves the economy is rock solid. “While the survey data have been steadily disappointing expectations, hard data have been a source of positive surprises,” economic research strategist Doug Peta said. “The labor market remains vibrant enough to exert downward pressure on the unemployment rate, and services continue to expand despite the contraction in manufacturing, both here and abroad. The expansion has slowed, but it’s not finished yet.” Hard data such as consumer activity increased by 0.8 percent in July and another 0.4 percent in August. The stock markets appear to be driven by rumor and hearsay about trade deal negotiations with China. But there’s no escaping the hard fact the S&P 500 increased by 23 percent during President Trump’s first 18 months. Those gains are still on the books. The difference in recent months appears to be that slower growth is being driven by hard data rather than the excitement of Trump’s pro-business policies. Goldman Sachs top economist Jan Hatzius recently noted that soft data drove the early economic uptick. That type of survey information has been tamped down by fake news media reports of recession, and fears stoked over the U.S.-China tariff skirmish. Hatzius says the recent hard economic data “is the inverse of what we saw in the first 18 months of the Trump presidency.” He indicates the hard measures look reliable and consistent. Many economists have a catch-all understanding that a recession is marked by two consecutive quarters of GDP decline. That definition easily applies in growth periods when people are available for work. But the Trump economy is currently considered at full employment, meaning there are reportedly about 7 million jobs unfilled due to a qualified worker shortage. But even if we account for the fact that companies are competing over workers and there are not enough to sustain GDP growth at a high rate, Trump pushed the GDP from 2 percent in Obama and Biden’s last quarter to 3.5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017. After achieving incredible unemployment lows across the board and the lowest unemployment rate for African-Americans in the country’s history, the GDP has remained in positive. It has never come close to sinking into the negative under Trump. The same cannot be said of the Obama-Biden administration’s GDP. Since the post-recession era of the late 1980s and early 1990s, former President Barack Obama didn’t just suffer back-to-back quarters of GDP retraction. Obama put working Americans through a second year of negative GDP with his liberal elitist, anti-worker policies. In 2008, the U.S. GDP lulled down to -0.1 percent and in 2009 plummeted to -2.5 percent. That face plant was the first year of Obama-Biden policies. Consider that next to President Trump’s America First agenda that posted 2.2 GDP growth in 2017, followed by 2.9 percent in 2018. These fact-based comparisons are something you won’t find in fake news articles about the phony impending recession. Even in 2011, Obama-Biden policies hurt working Americans with a -0.1 percent retraction in the third quarter, -1.1 percent in the first quarter of 2014, and repeatedly posted growth under 1 percent. That’s a recession, and Obama did nothing but exacerbate the problems of working people. By contrast, President Trump has forced unemployment down to 3.5 percent as of September 2019, and that marks a 50-year low. When Obama and Biden held the White House, unemployment topped 9 percent in their third year. The Trump economy remains robust, steady, and growing at its current potential given worker shortages in key industries. The fake news media doesn’t want working people to know the facts about the hard data and future prosperity if voters stay the course in 2020. “Even so, there are good reasons to think that output and employment will continue to expand at a trend or slightly above-trend pace, and that worries about a recession will continue to prove too pessimistic,” Goldman’s Hatzius said.

President Donald Trump made a campaign promise to stop the endless wars that take the lives of America’s sons and daughters – and Democrats who used to agree with that message hate him for it. Democratic Party leaders are apparently smitten with bloodlust, and are blasting the president’s withdrawal from northern Syria. The politically-motivated scam proves they are no different from the “warmongers” they once accused Republicans of being. The vast majority of U.S. senators who voted to invade Iraq over “weapons of mass destruction” regret the decision that spurred the country’s longest foreign war. More than 4,000 U.S. soldiers perished, and the national debt soared funding the removal of Iraq dictator Saddam Hussein. The death toll was compounded by Obama’s premature withdrawal of troops in the Middle East that sparked the ISIS surge and massive caliphate. It took President Trump just over a year to defeat ISIS, and the time to bring home the nation’s brave soldiers is overdue. In northern Syria, the U.S. had a small contingent smack in between a seething Turkish military, Kurdish rebels, and Syrian regulars. It’s a long-standing local fight that has zero to do with American interests. After meeting with Turkish President Recep Erdogan, the White House agreed to withdraw approximately 50 troops stationed where the fray would ensue. The alternative was to go toe-to-toe with Turkish forces. “The Kurds are fighting for their land, just so you understand. They’re fighting for their land, and as someone wrote in a very, very powerful article today: ‘They didn’t help us in the Second World War, they didn’t help us with Normandy,’ as an example. But they’re there to help us with their land,” President Trump said. “And that’s a different thing. And in addition, that, we’ve spent tremendous amounts of money on helping the Kurds, in terms of ammunition, in terms of weapons, in terms of money, in terms of pay.” Although the fake news media has chosen to pull portions of his remarks out of context, President Trump is spot-on in his assessment that the U.S. has aided the Kurds and not necessarily the other way around. The rhetoric that the Kurds have fought side-by-side to further American interests, or do anything other than serve their own, is patently false. Democratic leaders appear to believe our country should remain in a constant state of bloody war. Democrat firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) took exception to the president’s decision to step away from a local land war in northern Syria. Applying the usual double-talk of the extreme left, she stoked fear that American troops not fighting and dying would be dangerous. “Trump’s sudden withdrawal from northern Syria & endorsement of Turkey’s actions could have catastrophic consequences & risks laying the ground for immense violence and suffering,” AOC tweeted. Her claims are ridiculous, and it’s not surprising that her 2018 campaign website calls for an end to endless foreign wars. “Since the invasion of Iraq in 2003, the United States has entangled itself in war and occupation throughout the Middle East and North Africa. As of 2018, we are currently involved in military action in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Pakistan, and Somalia. Hundreds of thousands of civilians in these countries have been killed either as collateral damage from American strikes or from the instability caused by U.S. interventions. Millions more have fled their broken countries, contributing to the global refugee crisis,” AOC’s website states. Left-wing extremists such as AOC are perfectly willing to needlessly sacrifice U.S. soldiers when it serves their political interest in attacking the Commander-in-Chief. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has long turned into a puppet and mouthpiece for the extreme left. Once a critic of the handling of the War on Terror, she also blasted the president’s withdrawal from the local land war between the Kurds and Turks. “This decision poses a dire threat to regional security and stability, and sends a dangerous message to Iran and Russia, as well as our allies, that the United States is no longer a trusted partner,” Pelosi said. But what Speaker Pelosi and other warmongers are not telling the American public is that the Kurds are an ethnic group spread out across Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and parts of Armenia. They resist local governments and are little more than rebels and insurrectionists. The U.S. supported their efforts to resist ISIS, but now they are in what many would call a civil uprising against legitimate governments. Although Syria and Turkey tend to be rivals, there is no American interest worth dying for in this region. Both Turkey and Syria hold alliances with neighboring Russia, and hostilities with U.S. forces could take us all to the brink of war. Gunfire has reportedly already been exchanged between Russian and American troops in the region. Democrats in Congress fully understand that becoming embroiled in a fight between the Turks and Kurds could result in a full-scale war. That appears to be precisely what that want to undermine Trump’s plan for peace.

Disarming the citizenry ranks among the first steps that authoritative regimes take to squash freedom, censor speech, and leave law-abiding people at the government’s mercy. That’s precisely what has happened in California. [wce_code id=4] The historical and current examples are disturbing. Hitler imposed a firearm registry that was later used to disarm Jews and political opponents. In China, the communists took away the means of citizens to oppose them. The recent freedom protests and street clashes in Hong Kong have already been met with gunfire by government agents. Pro-democracy groups are unable to defend themselves. In Venezuela, dictator Nicolás Maduro refuses to surrender power. With the military at his back, citizens cannot effect political change and oust the corrupt strongman. If one thing remains certain, without the Second Amendment right to bear arms, freedom in the U.S. would eventually fall. In California, the growth of anti-American left-wing radicalism has led to the most sweeping suppression of Second Amendments rights to date. Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom proudly signed legislation that allows the state to effectively strip even law-abiding citizens of self-defense firearms. Powerful left-wing politicians have leveraged the victims of mentally-deranged shooters in other states to take away guns. “Gun violence is an epidemic in this country, one that's been enflamed by the inaction of politicians in Washington,” Newsom said. “While Washington has refused to act on even the most basic gun safety reforms, California is once again leading the nation in passing meaningful gun safety reforms.” So crushing are the new laws to constitutionally-guaranteed rights that even the usually left-leaning American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) opposes the regulations. Among the smattering of gun rights restrictions is an expansion of so-called “red flag” policies that allow the government to seize someone’s firearms if a restraining order is acquired. California's courts are more than accommodating when it comes to doling out restraining orders. The ACLU reportedly opposed the recent Red Flag laws, asserting it “poses a significant threat to civil liberties” because it goes into effect without due process. Also, officials making the decision to strip someone of their firearms often “lack the relationship or skills required to make an appropriate assessment,” the ACLU stated. Rarely does the accused person have a chance to defend themselves at a hearing before restraining orders are issued. The expanded Red Flag laws now make gun confiscation actionable against any citizen. The National Rifle Association (NRA) pointed out that California’s determination to take away guns from law-abiding citizens will have no effect on violent criminals. “These new laws pile onto the hundreds of existing laws and, like the others, will be equally ignored by criminals," the NRA stated. “(We) will not back down while we explore further action on these new laws.” The six bills signed into law by the liberal California governor will have a profound negative impact on everyday people’s ability to defend themselves. They will also increase the state’s power to take away guns as its left-leaning policy-makers see fit. These are changes gun owners in the Golden State can expect:

• Assembly Bill 12:This portion of the anti-firearm laws increases the state’s ability to use Red Flag policies to strip non-criminals of guns for up to five years. Previous California law allowed a one-year confiscation. The expanded gun-grab does not necessarily require someone ever is convicted of a crime.
• Assembly Bill 61:This measure expands the list of people who can file a gun-confiscation restraining order. The Red Flag restraining orders do not require a criminal conviction or mental health issue. Basically, if even a co-worker says they are afraid of you, the government can take away your guns for five years.
• Assembly Bill 879:The implication of this measure is that it creates a backdoor gun registry. Under the new law, only licensed dealers can sell any parts of a firearm or ammunition. This means the government can trace who purchases a firearm through gun dealer records going forward.
• Assembly Bill 893:This makes it unlawful to sell firearms at the Del Mar fairground of the 22nd District Agricultural Association. It’s an extension of gun-free zones.
• Assembly Bill 1669:This measure aims at levying hefty taxes on firearm purchases in an effort to make them unaffordable. It basically cuts off low-income Americans from being able to defend themselves.
• Senate Bill 61:This measure prevents adults from 18-20 years old from buying a semi-automatic hunting rifle.

The California governor appears quite proud of his assault on the U.S. Constitution. His recent remarks show that he believes no one should be able to own a firearm in America. “California has outperformed the rest of the nation, because of our gun safety laws, in reducing the gun murder rate substantially compared to the national reduction,” Newsom claimed. “No state does it as well or comprehensively as the state of California, and we still have a long way to go.” That “long way to go” involves seizing every firearm an American citizen owns, bar none.

The liberal fake news media continues to dance around many of the inconvenient truths about the latest faux-scandal — Ukraine-Gate. That’s because they don’t want Americans to ever know the truth. House Democrats have leveraged a so-called “whistleblower” complaint that falsely claims President Donald Trump engaged in an unethical quid quo pro with his Ukrainian counterpart to investigate Democratic presidential hopeful and former Vice President Joe Biden. Despite the president’s transparency of releasing a transcript of the conversation, the biased media refuses to report the real story. Much like everyday Americans discovered after the Russia witch hunt was concluded, Deep State Democrats used unethical and illegal methods to smear the president’s reputation and undermine the White House. Ukraine-Gate won’t take two years and more than $30 million of your tax dollars to prove Democrats will do anything to roll back the America First agenda that has made the country great again. These are three things voters should know about Ukraine-Gate. 1: The Biden Family’s Corruption Was Already Under Investigation The fake news media has falsely reported that Ukraine refused to investigate the Obama-era vice president’s son, Hunter Biden. It’s no secret any longer that while Joe Biden was Obama’s number two, he headed U.S. foreign policy over Ukraine, China, and others. His son, Hunter, was quickly seated on a Ukraine energy board called Burisma Holdings, which was the target of a corruption probe in the country. While under threat of a Russian incursion, then-VP Joe Biden withheld U.S. aid to Ukraine until the prosecutor targeting Burisma was fired. The Obama-era flunky actually bragged about the coercion he used. And while Democrats are insisting President Trump be impeached for asking Ukraine’s President Zelensky to look into possible corruption reports, the task was apparently already underway. “The U.S. government had open-source intelligence and was aware as early as February of 2019 that the Ukrainian government was planning to reopen the Burisma investigation,” investigative reporter John Solomon recently reported. “This is long before the president ever imagined having a call with President Zelensky. “ In fact, Zelensky was not president when the new probe into Burisma and Biden corruption began. Previously, a “whistleblower” was required to have first-hand knowledge of an incident. This Deep State operative had none. He or she relied on second-hand conversations and hearsay.
